We want every story to make the next conversation a little more useful. That means direct language, practical context and a clear distinction between general information and personal care.
Start with real life.
Training, food, recovery and health exist in the same week. Our stories should reflect that connection without pretending that everyone needs the same plan.
Make the source visible.
Before publication, articles should identify the author, publication date and any qualified reviewer. Health claims need appropriate sources, with references attached to the relevant claim. Updated advice should carry an updated date.
Keep the boundaries clear.
Educational articles do not diagnose conditions or replace individual clinical advice. Questions about symptoms, labs or treatment belong with a qualified clinician.
